This is a quick, easy, and delicious side salad that comes together in less than 10 minutes! Healthy and delightful, guaranteed to be a hit at potlucks, BBQs, or simply eaten at home. Eat it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Compliant with Paleo, Autoimmune Protocol (AIP), Whole 30, Keto, and Plant-Based diets. Also vegan, gluten-free.  Ingredients include watermelon, basil, mint, lime, cinnamon, and ginger. A recipe that will be loved by all. It is easy, perfect for summer, fresh, and crisp.

 Tips & Tricks

  • When choosing a watermelon, knock on it first. If it sounds hollow, it is ripe and ready to eat.

  • Chop the watermelon into small pieces to get the most flavor in each bite.

  • Use fresh herbs and juice, if possible.

  • Feel free to prep and let marinate in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving. 

  • Strain the excess liquid through a fine-mesh strainer after marinating, if you prefer.
