These healthy roasted radishes are topped with a tasty balsamic glaze!
I recently discovered the joy of roasting radishes and have really fallen in love with them! They are an awesome and healthy substitute for typical sides like potatoes. Being a huge fan of sauce, I combined these with an optional balsamic glaze to dress them up a bit. I think it adds a delightful bite myself. Add these as a side to my Slow Cooker Chicken or Coconut Shrimp, or just enjoy them alone as a snack! This recipe is AIP, Paleo, Whole30, Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free compliant.

 Tips & Tricks

  • Don't overcrowd the baking pan. This will prevent the radishes from roasting correctly.

  • You'll know the glaze is ready when it coats the back of a spoon.

  • The balsamic glaze will thicken a bit when chilled.
