Fun Health Facts

Bananas are extremely nutritious, believed to provide benefits for weight loss, digestion, and heart health. They also contain resistant starch, helping you to feel more full after consuming.

Coconuts are also highly nutritious. They contain essential vitamins and minerals responsible for bone health, red blood cell formation, and lowering oxidative stress.

Thanks to their nutrient profiles, both bananas and coconuts are thought to help maintain optimal blood sugar levels.
